You're no longer going to a word doc for the agenda, an excel sheet for travel logistics, a vendor for inventory stock, a survey tool to collect feedback. You can track and record everything in one platform. The Customer Experience Portal is a genius addition to BriefingSource. It displays all the details in a clean, visually pleasing format and adds another layer of professionalism. It makes me look good and takes care of the hard work for me. And, the support team is incredibly wonderful to work with. They are prompt, professional, inquisitive, and above all, they are kind. They make it so easy to work together and have built a reputation of listening and encouraging possibility.
Upon stepping into the role of briefing manager for Hitachi Vantara, I inherited onboarding a new briefing request platform provider that my predecessor had started. As BriefingSource was the platform being replaced, and my team had positive feedback on their BriefingSource experience, I was unclear as to why the switch was taking place. The new platform was still in the development stages with phased launches and the experience was frustrating for my team. I also struggled with the new platform as it was not intuitive and there were many steps and editing that needed to take place. We just needed quick results and not phased enhancements or learning curves. Another attribute that I was quickly looking to implement was integration of the request platform with Salesforce. The new vendor was not ready to integrate with Salesforce and I was having to wait for that "phase" of their launch. David and team were quickly able to reinstate our BriefingSource platform and previous data within a week. We barely skipped a beat! I am a huge fan of BriefingSource and the whole team. The Customer Service Team is dedicated and quick to engage. My briefing team is extremely grateful to be back on track and we are moving our briefings through the process with ease and confidence. I find BriefingSource to be very intuitive and easy to navigate, and if I can't figure it out there are live and recorded trainings that provide all the support needed. The adage of "if it's not broke don't fix it" certainly applies to our situation and we are grateful for the partnership with BriefingSource.

I’ve been using BriefingSource for several years and I find it to be an intuitive and reliable tool. If something isn’t working as expected, I can rely on David and Julia to resolve most issues quickly. We appreciate how the BriefingSource team helps us find solutions. Since we don’t have digital signage identifying our rooms, BriefingSource allows us to easily print out 11 x 17 agendas with the account name prominently displayed for our ‘floor room stands’ with just one click! Another requirement for us is providing our discussion leaders a Google Doc version of the Briefing Overview document. The BriefingSource team added a field to our form that allowed us to populate our invites with that Google link. Big time saver for us. It’s a pleasure working with the BriefingSource team.
